I want to thank you and the entire staff at Regent Care for the wonderful care you gave my mom, Jodie. She was a patient there for several weeks following a severe spike in her blood pressure plus the effects of low sodium.

I don’t remember everyone’s name, but every single time I had a concern, an employee took care of it. For example, in the first forty-eight hours, I asked an attendant for another TV schedule and for the extra bed to be turned to the wall. Both were immediately addressed. Megan answered every question I had about her medications, and the aides were just wonderful. They helped Mama with her personal needs, and one young lady even played a game or two of Go Fish with her. Housekeeping kept her room spotless. Cheryl was amazing! She did an exceptional job keeping the residents engaged with crafts, movies, Bingo, and trivia. Her enthusiasm was genuine and made every resident feel valued and included. Mama continues to be Mary’s client because she finally found a hairdresser that meets her high standards. Every member of the administrative staff that I spoke with answered my questions and provided valuable insight.

The care and attention you gave my mother lessened the stress and worry that a medical event causes. For that, I will always be grateful and appreciative. Keep up the good work!
