How long is the average rehabilitation stay?

Mostly depends on respective insurance company. They usually will continue to authorize services as long as the patient is showing progress.


Will my loved one be seen by a Physician?

We have serval physicians/ nurse practitioners who visit on a regular basis. He/she will be assigned a physician upon admission.


What items should I bring for my loved one?

5-7 days of clothing, non-skid shoes and preferred toiletries.


Who do I contact if I have a concern?

Concerns are handled by the facility social worker but all Regent Care employees can handle concerns.


How do I pay? What does the insurance cover?

Patients without insurance would have to admit the facility as a private pay patient. Patients with Medicare or managed care insurance can typically expect the insurance to cover up to twenty days at 100% depending on the patient’s progression.


Can my loved one receive mail?

Mail is delivered to residents personally on a daily basis except for weekends and holidays.

What is an Ombudsman?

A long-term care ombudsman helps residents of a nursing facility and residents of an assisted living facility resolve complaints. Help provided by an ombudsman is confidential and free of charge. To speak with an ombudsman, a person may call the toll-free number 1-800-252-2412.
